In the fall of 2017, Tom and Mike sold a portfolio consisting of three brick buildings on the corner of Pleasant street and State street in Concord, New Hampshire. Portfolio includes of 35,000 square feet of prime retail and office space, 10 residential units in the upper floors, adjacent corner parking lot and billboard. Portfolio sits across the street from a separate building also sold my Tom and Mike around the same time.
